This rare photo of Hitler’s Hallux (big) toe shows a severe case of Onychocryptosis (Unguis incarnatus). It is now being considered the cause for his infamous fall during the Beer Hall Putsch which required 3 stitches to the upper left region of his forehead. Previously blamed on a stray banana peel (thought to be dropped by Hermann Göring, an avid banana enthusiast) this photo presents new evidence for the cause of that fall. It remains the only photo of Hitler’s Hallux toe in existence and was smuggled out of Germany via its prosperous banana trade. The nail may also be responsible for the uncharacteristic skipping bout that Hitler exhibited while speaking in Munich however the barking and break dancing may remain a mystery forever.
